We strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  • In case of damage or quality issues with the product, please reach out to us at care@teftyayurveda.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +917338415566 (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm). We will try our best to provide a solution in best possible way.
  • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please reach out to us at care@teftyayurveda.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +917338415566 within 24 hours of delivery with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
  • For any product quality complaints, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at our customer care number +917338415566  within 7 days of your order delivery.
  • TEFTY Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect and unpleasing fragrances, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Returns Policy.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging to our warehouse. Once receiving the parcel, our team will check it before proceeding the replacement/refund in the form of credit note only in rare cases.
  • Return pickup charges (Rs. 100) and replacement delivery charges (Rs. 100) will be applicable as per actuals (to be paid by the customer).
